The PDM, Project Document Management, is the information system for the management of the technical document assets of Italferr S.p.A. and ANAS S.p.A., which favors the development and strengthening of the processes of Design and Control of infrastructural constructions in our country.
The PDM allows to minimize, where possible, the use and distribution of the paper documentation. This translates not only into physical savings but, above all, into greater and more accurate control of all document-based activities.
ALBA S.r.l., Supplier accredited by Italferr S.p.A. and ANAS S.p.A., has technical personnel trained and enabled to use the PDM, through which it manages the relations and commercial services with these Clients.
The PDM (Computerized Document Management System) is based on a complex, highly reliable hardware and software technology (mySAP PLM); it can be reached from a generic internet station and available 365 days a year h24. It is divided into several independent work areas, called Scenarios, which differ from each other according to the type of documentation they host.
